Equality & Diversity Training

This course aims to enable participants to become more aware of what equality & diversity means, and to consider & discuss attitudes and prejudices. It gives an overview of the equality legislation that exists, and recognises good practice with regards to equality & diversity in the workplace. It allows the participant to explore & understand their own role and responsibilities and to be prepared for and aware of the potential benefits and changes that will accompany greater diversity.
