1. LLANWRTYD WELLS COMMUNITY TRANSPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions are in addition to any special terms and conditions that apply to your purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any special terms and conditions, the special terms and conditions shall take precedence. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these except if the two are inconsistent. If this is the case then these Terms and Conditions will override any other rights which you may have, unless this is not permitted by law.

2. LLANWRTYD WELLS COMMUNITY TRANSPORT CONTACT DETAILS

3. MAKING PURCHASES FROM US

3.1 To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom [European Union]. We cannot ship to countries outside the United Kingdom.

3.2 By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and or services at the price set out in the order and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of the supplying the goods and or services (including passing on your details to our agents, couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our system by writing to the address stated above.

3.3 We are not obliged to supply the goods or services to you until we have confirmed that we have received full cleared payment and accepted your order. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods or supplied the service.

3.4 If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact comtrans@btconnect.com or write to Llanwrtyd Wells Community Transport, Tunnel Site, Cilmery, Builth Wells, LD2 3FL immediately otherwise we may be unable to rectify such a mistake, although you might still have a right to cancel described in clause 7.

3.5 Prices are checked regularly, however, if we find the price has changed we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you wish to proceed we will still not be under an obligation to supply the goods or services until we have both accepted your order and confirmed that it has been despatched or supplied. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this.

4. DELIVERY

We aim to deliver the goods to you within the time indicated in our acceptance but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We may also deliver in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of the expected delivery you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

5.1 You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us a soon as possible and we will arrange for their return at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you at our option.

5.2 If you are a consumer, this clause does not in any way effect or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. OTHER INFORMATION OF WHICH YOU NEED TO BE AWARE

6.1 You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for your record as we do not necessarily keep a copy of these terms and conditions and your order.

6.2 Any contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

7. CANCELLATION

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods were delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise that you ensure that the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within fourteen days of cancellation or when requested to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Details of how to exercise this right will be provided.
