What can I sell?
Almost any product or service you like - tools, shoes, bags, courses... It's completely up to you.

How do I take good photos of my products?
Just email us and we'll get back to you with a photography guide. It should help your snaps stand out from the crowd.

I've forgotten my login details! What do I do?
Simply email us to let us know and we'll send new details to you.

Is 3to3 just for those who sell products?
No, it's a great way to offer services as well. Just create a listing for your service and leave the price field blank if you need customers to get in touch with you first before paying for your service.

How come some sellers have a profile with their logo and a description with all their listings, but I don't?
We can set this up for you. Just email us with your logo and description.

The listing I want to create doesn't belong in any of the current categories! What do I do?
Don't worry, just place it in the most appropriate one for the time being and let us know. We'll do our best to find it a proper home.

I'm struggling to get my product image to display correctly, what can I do to get it looking better?
Your image may not display correctly if it is too small or too big. It is recommended to use a landscape image roughly 480 x 323 pixels in size. If you need help resizing your image, we recommend using Picnik - an online image editor which can help you resize your images for free!
