Welsh White Beef
We are pleased to be able to offer you our traditional Welsh beef reared on a farm with high animal welfare and environmental standards. The beef has been butchered to a very high standard into individual servings, is vacuum packed, and precisely labelled to make preparing a delicious meal as easy as possible.
A variety of frozen beef boxes are available to suit all menu choices but we are also happy to provide you with fresh individual cuts and joints when available if you are worried about space in your freezer!
£60 Economy Box – mince, stewing steak, brisket, blade, shin, sausages, burgers.
£100 Deluxe Box - fillet steak, sirloin steak, top-side, silverside, braising steak, rib, mince, stewing steak, sausages, burgers.
£40 Choice cuts box - choice cuts and joints on request
Individual joints and cuts can of course be added to orders at standard butchers prices.
